Over a century ago, Olaf Olsen and John Norberg emigrated from Norway and began their tradition of processing pickled Herring and Lutefisk on the north side of Minneapolis, Minnesota. They founded Olsen Fish Company in 1910 and built the foundation on tradition, quality, and value. Together they created proprietary recipes and processes so unique and sustainable that the company continues to thrive today. Our company has grown and we proudly provide great tasting and high quality Herring, Lutefisk and Stockfish to every corner of the North American continent.
